Rev. Timothy Bees came to our church in August 1, 2000. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at El Paso and obtained his Master of Divinity from Northern Baptist Theological Seminary. Before being called to First Baptist he was an Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church of Oak Park, Il.

Rev. Bees was raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He loves Penn State and the Pittsburgh Steelers. The church of his youth was Central Moravian Church. God used the teaching, preaching and community of that church to warm his heart to receive Jesus as his Lord and Savior in 1976 while he was away at university. Pastor Tim is a teacher and preacher at heart.

Tim is married to Claudette Bees and they are the proud parents of two adult children Rhonda and James.

Church Clerk

Linda Chapman

  Send Email

Linda feels she was directed by God to First Baptist Church in 2006. After several months of regular attendance she became a member of the church and joined the Evangelism and Missions committee. She is now and has been for several years a member of the church board where she serves as church clerk.

Linda believes one of her gifts from God is organizational skills. She uses this gift to help plan and carry out church activities, work with outreach programs, keep church records and other organizational needs of the church and pastor.

For many years, Linda's education prepared and allowed her to work with various community organizations. She is now retired and volunteers for her church and community.
