Thank you for visiting our website!

Here you will find information concerning First Baptist Church and its ministries. We hope you find your time spent here a blessing. First Baptist is a warm and loving church, and we want you to feel comfortable and at liberty to call on us for anything you need. Feel free to browse through the various areas of our website and learn about our fellowship.

If you are considering a new place of worship or a relocation to our area, we would love to have you be our guest.

When you visit First Baptist, you will find:

  • A caring congregation that will gladly welcome you
  • Preaching/teaching that is centered on the Word of God
  • Ministries to meet the spiritual needs of every age

We practice open communion at First Baptist. That means if you have accepted Christ as your Savior, you are welcome to join with us during communion. We celebrate the Lord's Table during the first Sunday of each month. Our communion bread is nut-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free so that all of the Church body is able to partake together in unity.

Please note: At this point in time, due to the COVID-19 Virus, all in-person activities at First Baptist Church have been cancelled through June. We have no new meeting date to post at this time. The newest information we have dealing with the COVID-19 Virus and our governing authorities' suggestions, points us toward a careful and safe process of deciding when it will be safe to gather again. The FBC Church Board will revisit the possibility of reopening in community at the June 17th FBC Board Meeting. Until then, we light our candles for faith, hope, and love. We know that Jesus is the light of the world and we will continue to worship Him in spirit and in truth.

A recorded sermon will be available via our website.
